On behalf of Indian Hydrobiology (IH), I thank all the authors who published their articles in IH all these years, members of editorial board served since its beginning in 1995 to 2026 and all Life members, Individual members, student members and Institutional members who supported all these years. My special thanks to M/s. Rahana Offset Printers, Srivilliputtur-626 125 and DigitalAge Publishers, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai-600 047 for designing, type-setting and printing hard copies of the journal all through these years.

Indian Hydrobiology (ISSN 0971-6548), was founded by Professor V.Krishnamurthy in the year 1995 with Volume No. 1 It publishes original research findings and reviews papers on all aspects of aquatic organisms concerning environment and exploitation of these for the benefit of human beings. The journal published one volume with two numbers a year (June and December) supplied to members. Existing Life members may opt for a soft copy of the issues in PDF format from volume 23 (1) onwards in the place of a hard copy and no new life members will be enrolled from 2024 onwards. The latest issue of Indian Hydrobiology vol. 23 no.1 June 2024.
